Internship placement
We are now offering an internship placement programme, which can only be booked exclusively through agents.
To begin with, some of our “guidelines” which give you a rough idea of how we usually arrange the placements.
First of all, a course needs to be booked with IH PROLOG for at least eight weeks and 20 lessons per week. For placement, we need a proper CV with photo in .doc format and also the student’s motivation letter. Both should be in German and up-to-date. We need these at least 12 weeks before the intended starting date.
IH PROLOG will then start looking for companies in the requested field of interest. If that should prove difficult, we will make two proposals for internships in related fields of work. Once the placement is agreed on, a contract is made between the company and the trainee. It is important to note that the student is insured through IH PROLOG for the time of the internship.
During the internship, the student should report on a weekly basis, so that we can monitor the progress and the situation in the company. The company will be visited to get personal feedback about the progress of the student. At the end, the student is to write a final report on her/his experience.
The price for the internship programme is commissionable, as is the course and accommodation.
