Upcoming ICEF info
The final quarter of the year is always an exciting time for IH Berlin PROLOG as there are so many conferences and events that we are taking part in. We get to catch up with friends, colleagues and business partners from all over the world in order to share information and experiences, explore new opportunities and build on existing partnerships.
At the •ICEF Berlin Workshop from October 31-November 2, PROLOG will be present at the world’s most important event for education travel and student recruitment professionals alongside other international educators, premium agents and leading industry service providers. The ICEF Berlin Workshop is now in its 16th year and has become a fixed event in PROLOG’s calendar!
November also sees PROLOG taking part in •Expolingua Berlin (Nov 19-21) at its established venue, Russisches Haus der Wissenschaft und Kultur. For more than twenty years, Expolingua has been providing exhibitors with the perfect platform to present a wide range of products and services connected to language learning, language teaching, language travel and cultures from around the globe. Over 12,000 visitors get an overview of the diverse programmes and services offered by the 200 exhibitors. PROLOG will have a stand and we’d be more than happy to answer any questions, offer advice and hear your feedback – so come and visit us during the event!
Representatives from IH Berlin PROLOG will also be travelling to the annual •EUROLTA conference (Munich, October 9) and the International House Director of Studies’ Conference (Jan 6-8 2011). The IH conference is always a great opportunity to benefit from colleagues from across the globe, as well as having a first class line-up of visiting speakers (such as Scott Thornbury, Nik Peachey, Keith Morrow, Lindsay Clandfield and Jamie Keddie). The main theme this year is “On trend. What’s hot and what’s not in language teaching today?”. We can hardly wait!
